Fresh fish

At Iasai Food Bar, we work with only the finest fresh fish: Bluefin tuna from the family-run Spanish company Balfegó,Scottish salmon, Black Atlantic cod (also known as Black cod), and Japanese Hamachi.

All our fish are processed using the "ikejime" technique, the most humane method that ensures the fish doesn’t suffer.

As for seafood, we offer Mozambican prawns.
