Fresh fish

Premium fresh fish we work with at Iasai Food Bar: Bluefin tuna from the Spanish family-owned company Balfegó, Scottish salmon and black Atlantic cod – Black Cod  (served plain or marinated in our house Iasai miso paste). We also offer Japanese Hamachi.

All fish are processed using the ikejime technique = the most humane method that ensures the animal does not suffer.

From seafood, we offer Mozambican shrimp.
